At Disney's relatively short-lived Toronto television/feature animation studios, Dave was the lead animator for Belle in Beauty and the Beast— The Enchanted Christmas, and for multiple characters in Return to Neverland.

He has since become a third-year instructor for Classical Animation at Sheridan College's Oakville campus. He has been the lead animator for Moses in God Rocks Video and worked on commercial animation.

For three years, he volunteered his time to teach a year-long animation course, Animex (Animation Exploration) for the Visual Arts Brampton Creative Studio.
