COVID-19 Policies & Procedures Summary |
Keeping Our Community Members Informed |
- All participants will receive an information sheet outlining our COVID-19 policies and signage is installed at the studio to remind participants of these policies.
- Our COVID-19 policies will be constantly reviewed to ensure they are aligned with all current public health recommendations.

COVID-19 Self-Assessment & Symptoms
|
- Everyone entering the studio must self-assess themselves for COVID-19 symptoms before visiting.
- Participants must stay home if they, or anyone in their household, is experiencing symptoms of illness.
- Staff and participants will be monitored for symptoms upon arrival at the studio and during studio activities.
- Procedures are in place for isolating and removing individuals who are showing symptoms.

Vaccinations
|
- We require everyone age 13 and over participating in programming at the studio to be fully vaccinated.
- An enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code can be obtained at: https://covid19.ontariohealth.ca/proof-covid-19-vaccination.
- Participants must present their enhanced vaccine certificate QR code a staff member upon entry to the studio.
- We encourage anyone who is eligible to be vaccinated to receive their first, second and booster dose. Book your vaccine appointment at: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/

Hand & Respiratory Hygiene |
- Alcohol based hand sanitizer stations are available at the studio entrance and in each classroom.
- Participants and staff are required to sanitize their hands before entering and leaving the studio.
- Proper hand hygiene and washing techniques will be reinforced. Staff and participants will be required to wash their hands frequently.
- Proper respiratory etiquette such as coughing and sneezing into elbows and avoiding touching of the face will be reinforced.

Masks
|
- All staff and participants must wear a three-layer non-medical mask that covers their nose, mouth and chin without gaps at all times while inside the studio.
- The following are not permitted: Scarves, neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas, face coverings with valves, mesh or holes of any kind.
- Participants who are unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons are encouraged to register for our online programs.

Cleaning Procedures |
- Studio staff will conduct regular cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces.
- Classroom surfaces, touch points and tools/materials used by students will be cleaned and disinfected after each class.
- Only approved disinfects that have a Drug Identification Number (DIN) will be used.

Programs and Registration |
- Advanced registration and payment is required for all programs and can be completed either online or in-person.
- We strongly encourage advanced registration for our Open Studio and Life Drawing sessions.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present. By visiting our studio, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19.
