
Students will work along with professional puppeteer Mike Harding to create their very own puppet! Readily available materials will be used. The teaching environment is relaxed, encouraging, inclusive and respectful. Participants will learn to take inspiration from what is around them to create puppets. Confidence is built through practicing and learning some puppeteering tips then everyone will have the chance to perform for the group!

About the Instructor
Mike Harding
Mike Harding of Applefun Puppetry has been performing for over 20 years. He has conducted thousands of shows at libraries, schools, and birthday parties. Mike studied Improvisational Comedy at Second City which adds a unique and spontaneous flavour to his shows. Applefun Puppetry Puppet Shows are characteristically interactive with a high degree of audience participation. Now Mike is ready to pass his knowledge on to the next generation of artists.
