Handmade Card Crafting

This artist-led card making course invites adults to enjoy the pleasure of creating beautiful handmade cards in a relaxed, social setting. Participants will explore stamps, inks, cutting machines, dies, and embossing folders while learning approachable techniques to create unique cards. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to enjoy mindful, hands-on creativity, this class is all about sharing ideas, tools, and inspiration with fellow crafters.

About the Instructor

Daniela Easter

Daniela Easter is a visual artist based in Brampton, Ontario. A self-taught artist, she further developed her skills under a watercolour mentor, focusing on painting and mixed media. Her work explores themes of family and connection to nature, often drawing inspiration from her neighbours’ gardens. Daniela’s art has been exhibited in local galleries and juried shows, and is in private and corporate collections in Canada, the United States, Venezuela, and Nigeria. In addition to her studio practice, she brings over 25 years of experience teaching visual arts in galleries, community workshops, schools, and corporate settings. She recently worked with Canon Corporate for their Arts and Culture Days, teaching 150 students in two days.
