Visual Arts Brampton
Visual Arts Brampton is the only area art group that offers life drawing sessions. We provide artists the opportunity to draw from a nude life model who will strike dynamic poses. Models vary in age, gender, shape and size, giving artists new challenges and experience from week to week.
These sessions are perfect for artists looking to practice their drawing skills and are also ideal for students who want to add a valuable life drawing component to their portfolios for post-secondary visual arts/animation programs.
Each session begins with a number of short warm-up gestures followed by more moderate length poses.
There is no formal instruction provided during these sessions.

What to Bring
We recommend participants come equipped with paper pad and/or sketchbook and drawing material of your choice (pencil, charcoal, conte, ink, paints etc. No solvent based oil paints, please). Drawing horses and boards are provided.
A limited selection of art materials are available for purchase at the studio and in advance through our online store.
